Relocation Retirement Specialist

I am in the process of setting up a new business called Haken Relocation Services. We specialise in helping older clients to either move home or relocate to independant, assisted or nursing communities, so they can live comfortably and safely during their retirement years. Our services plan, co-ordinate and guide clients through every aspect of their transition, from helping to choose their new home to preparing for the move including, packing, unpacking and setting up their new home.

I will act as a consultant and get paid an hourly rate but will need to use sub-contractors for various tasks and these contractors would need to be paid directly by the client.

What I need is a set of T&C's written up to cover all the tasks and any outsourced work.

Is this something that you could help me with - I can put a lot of the information together for you be need it to be formalised.
