we have completed a development with a landowner, we have been paid but we have fallen out and now the landowner wants us to repay him to the value of the original agreement. the land owner changed the agreement when the first house sold and paid us more money for the two sold houses. Now we have told him we don't want to work again with him he wants to go back to the original contract terms and us repay him. i need this all reviewing to form a position for myself
