Property Lawyer

Hi,

I'm looking for a lawyer who specialises in property. I own 3 residential properties myself and want to "let" them to my new LTD company on a full repairing lease. LTD company will only pay me for mortgages and some expenses I can't get out of my name.

I need some help putting together a lease or a licence for this purpose.

I am also taking on properties from other landlords here my LTD company is the tenant, and then the LTD company sublets the properties by room. I have a lease that I use to sublet my own houses, but I would like someone with a trained eye to look at this and advise me.
