Description of Business Development: I am in the process of setting up a local, online business directory. I am currently drafting a terms and conditions / privacy policy, which I have created using a number of other policies from similar sites. Naturally I would like these to be personalised and checked for legality etc. I can give more information to the winner bidder. I don't believe this job will take all that long, as it currently takes a little less than 3 A4 pages - some may not be relevant. I would like somebody with experience specifically in this field and having a background with legal / law would be more desirable.
