Professional Negligence Claim

To investigate a claim against a Major High Street Bank. Up to and including the preparation of a full letter of claim under the Pre Action Protocol for Professional Negligence. The letter of claim would attach all supporting documentation setting out the precise details of claim. I have a full record of events and documents to support my claim. My claim is for a six figure sum. My accountant has also advised me of the merit of this case and would support any legal action, he was also present at meetings with the Bank.
