Professional Defamation Solicitor required

A defamation lawyer is needed to help draft and submit a new claim form and particulars of claim against a defendant. I was acting as a litigant in person and the documents I submitted were defective and the judge has given me an opportunity to submit them again.

You will also be required to send of a part36 offer - or without prejudice offer for the defendant to consider.
There are two options regarding this - you can either just compile the offer for me to send myself, or compile and send it yourself directly to the defendant.

Please note: if you will communicate with the defendant then you must be registered with the SRA. If you wish to just assist me in preparing the documents then it is not necessary to be SRA registered, however some kind of professional accreditation is required to show me you are qualified to act as a legal professional and shows you know what you are talking about.

The same applies with the compiling and sending of the new claim form and particulars of claim.
