    Hi - could you be a bit more specific about this requirement please? i.e. is it an eviction or a landlord wanting to sell his property which they occupy etc.? Many thanks.

    Hi - this is a property that is jointly owned and mortgaged by two individuals who were previously in a relationship. The relationship has broken down and the person who stayed in the property is refusing to sell. The deposit was 50/50. The person who has moved out is still currently paying 50% of the mortgage.
