I need consultancy about legal possibilities to work remotely for UK companies and be located out of the UK. I am non UK/non EU citizen, no Visa.
In my country the work is registered officially as being "self-employed", all is done with local taxes and not a problem to sign a contract with an abroad company (in UK). Is it legal to do for the employer company?
If it is possible to create a company in the UK on my name and work remotely through this company, will there be a problem (for both , UK contract employer and me as a remote employee via the proxy company)?
If there is a solution, it will be nice to know tax and social (or other) payments required in the UK for that solution (optionally).
Considering remote contract, temporal and permanent work.

Hi, what you desire is not going to be possible under UK Law. You will not secure a VISA or right to work in the UK through a shelf company.
