We require someone to prepare a case against Manchester City Council in relation to the issue of abandonment of use.
The Council say that the building has not been used for a particular use for over 12 years but we can prove that it was less than 5 years (previous use as a B&B in this case).
Since the Building was closed it has not really been used for any other purpose and therefore we feel that there has been no abandonment of use.
