Partnership Agreement and B2B T&C's Review

Review and update a Partnership Agreement and B2B T&C's. The partnership agreement has been developed from an existing template and only requires a small amount of updating however this should include a short conference call to discuss any additional clauses/provisions that may be of use

B2B T&C's for computer services; Key areas that the contract will include will be a monthly fee, loaned equipment (provision, liability) support, warrantys etc. We have developed some T&C's and so this would also be an update. Conference call would also be helpful for this.
