Particulars of claim in a unjust enrichment claim

Pleading a money had and recieved/Unjust enrchment claim.

In brief:
I the Claimant have been defrauded by way of a breach of trust through various disclosure orders I have clearly establish the companies have been unjustly enriched.

Although many companies have settled out of court including Lloyds Banking Group Plc, Vodafone, Porsche, Worcester City Council many other have not.

The aim is to legally pursue each organistation who has been unjustly enriched legally I require the correct pleading to be drafted in order for a cause of action to be determined in a civil court.
