Please provide me with a clear explanation of the principles supported by United States case law and International Intellectual Property Law of International Exhaustion. In particular, the law regarding the resale of products bought in a country outside the United States (in this case clothes and clothing accessories) bearing a trademark then put on the market in the United States - i.e. where the product is imported from outside the United States. Generally, the law is that if the products are imported to be sold commercially then the principle of exhaustion does not apply.
If you cannot provide specific references to United States Case Law or International Intellectual Property Law both statutes, treaties and case law please do not make an offer.
