paralegal reviews of Privacy contracts, Partner PA support

Hi, I have a role to support a small specialist Privacy GDPR, Legal and consulting firm which I head up. As the lead in the firm I need support on managing data input into excel tracker logs of contracts reviewed for GDPR compliance. I also need support in checking contracts against recommended GDPR clauses with paralegal support to link up with clients to assist with implementing recommended GDPR compliance clauses. Full training given in GDPR/Privacy law/operations. I am a former global CPO and Global GC in Privacy. I and my partner also need PA support services. minimum daily/weeklynumber of hours guaranteed if needed, long term requirment.
