Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I am conducting some market research for a new service for law firms. This would involve me asking you some questions by phone/skype that would take about 30mins. You would need to have some working knowledge of how the law firm you worked at gained new clients and billed clients (not the detail, just high-level).
The questions would include:
• How the firm gained new clients (I don’t need specifics on this if it’s sensitive info)
• If/how the firm received referrals from other firms/professions
• How the firm’s fees were structured (e.g. fixed, or hourly rate) and if discounts were ever applied.
I would need to know what type of law you were involved with (e.g. family, or conveyancing etc) and roughly where in the UK the firm was based.
I would be interested in interviewing more than one person.
