Description of legal work: I need a short sales agreement/contract which allows me to sell my IP (and services) to companies.
The IP I am selling under licence is Enterprise LEADER (www.enterpriseleaders.com), and I want the contract/agreement to form the basis of the sale.
In the one/two page agreement, we will set out
Parties
Numbers of users who can use the product
Duration
Price
Charges if more users use the progam than agreed
Other standard contract terms.
Customers want to see what they are agreeing to and so far I have not had a format agreement in place, but working off trust... but I have a partner opportunity in India and I want things to be tighter there.
