No win no fee legal dispute help

No win no fee legal dispute help, I’m looking for a legal freelancer to help with a client of mine - they had a no win no fee solicitor help with a case whereby they were being overcharged for legal fees - the no win no fee solicitor didn’t help and apparently didn’t respond to my client. My client then negotiated the fees himself and settled the original claim.

The no win no fee solicitor then started chasing for payment, then agreed over the phone that the fee would be £2,500 to which my client agreed. When the invoice came it was £5000 and this has now turned into a court case to which my client has to send their defence in quite soon.

I’d like to nip this in the bud as much as I can for him. He’s obviously willing to pay something but this has turned into an unnecessary debacle :)

If you could help me to help him for an hourly, or fixed fee, that would be fantastic.
