Description of legal work: We offer consulting service to an individual who runs Pet Hotel
Extra notes: Contract term is 12 months and auto renewal unless either party notify another party in writing with 2 months notice to terminate.
Our consulting Fee structure is:
Fixed consulting charge is THB20,000 per month and profit share as below:-
Below is the basic term but any additional input would be appreciated.

First 3 months, 60% of net operating profit before tax
From 4th month till 6th month, 50% of net operating profit before tax
From 7th month, 30% of net operating profit before tax

We are shall not be liable for the acts of (Operator/s Name), (Operator's Name) family, guests and/or invitees. Landlord’s cost and expense in repairing any such damage or from any claim resulting from such acts shall be settled by (Operator's name) shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord
