The agreement will be legally bound and will include details of both parties, payment, and what's being offered in return for payment.
I already have an agreement which we recently made for the naming rights of the same initiative, so this can be amended to suit the needs of this agreement.
The agreement needs to be valid for use in India, and needs to be as per Delhi/Gurgaon courts.
