I require someone to review the wording in an NEC 3, options B, contract with approx. 36 Z Clauses.
The operational content we are comfortable with, and the general terms and conditions seem to be basic NEC wording, we want someone to look specifically at the Z Clauses, Contract Data part one and two, and works information and advise us back regarding risk, and how to reduce it, with appropriate wording.
