Description of legal work: We would like to hire a licensed Solictor or Paralegal to create 2 legally enforceable Monetary Deeds of Gift for us.
As background, my wife and I will be receiving a monetary gift from our parents to help fund a down payment on a new UK property we're purchasing. We realise we could simply download a Deed of Gift template off the internet for about £10 off the internet and call it a day, but we would prefer to have this created by a UK attorney authorised & licensed to create this document for us.
Details of gifts:
-1 donor is my mother who lives in USA. Donee will be me and my wife.
-1 donor is my wife's parents who live in Turkey. Donees will be me & my wife.
We would like to have this document for our records to preclude any potential issues related to securing the mortgage from our lender. They suggested we have this Deed in hand.
If you're able to help us with this, please send me your rate & qualifications. We're hoping to have this document by 22 August so we can forward to our parents for the appropriate signatures. You must be a UK-licensed solicitor or Paralegal based in the UK.
