I need a short blog in regards to right of the employee, who works in peoples home ( nannies) .
This would be specific to a situations:
- when employer has Covid - can they ask nanny to come to work with their child in their own home?
- when employer has been in contact with someone who has covid
- can employer ask nanny to use the holidays
- can employer ask the nanny to use her holidays, if she needs to self isolate
