I have a joint life insurance policy with my partner.
We are not married or intend to marry for a year or two.
We want the life insurance to be outside of the will to limit inheritance tax.
We’re not sure which document to use that the life insurance company has given us. There is bare trust or discretionary trust (both of which I can provide you).
We just need this form completing to pay out to the survivor within the trust or alternatively an email to advise how to phrase the trust.
To someone who knows this area should be very quick job.
