Liberian-qualified lawyer required

I am seeking a qualified and practising Liberian lawyer to represent me in connection with the proposed purchase of an asset from a Liberian company.

The work will involve:
Advising me on the Liberian legal and corporate requirements
Communicating with the company or its authorised representatives
Confirming that the person signing has authority to act for the company
Reviewing corporate approvals and execution documents
Coordinating with my UK legal adviser where necessary
