Hello ,
I am looking for a qualified solicitor or paralegal to draft a letter for me asking for deposit back which I paid back in March to rent a property. I didn't;t signed any lease or documents. I simply don't agree with the lease terms &conditions and personal reasons things have changed. Covid 19 also didn't;t helped the cause.
I need a professional letter written to Estate agent and Landlord reminding them of the sections for withholding my deposit since March.
