Purchased a property with my girlfriend, as we have separated we have agreed that I pay her a sum of money and she will have no interest in the property which I will remain to stay in.
As there is no equity I will continue to pay the mortgage,although her name will remain on the mortgage for the time being , I require a legal document to state this
