My client:
a) Placed an order with a supplier
b) Paid for the order in full
c) The supplier is unable to supply the remainder of the order, and is refusing to issue a refund. They state that this is due to problems with their supplier. As we see it this should have no impact on my client.
The amount of the refund due is £2444 plus VAT
I would like a letter from a solicitor stating that legal action will be taken unless refund is received within 7 days, and possibly a second letter if required.
