Letter Before Action, checked for format and basic errors.

I have a 1 page letter before action to be issued to a local council for damages due to their negligence/mistakes. I am looking for someone with extended Knowledge in the formatting of pre-actions for high court. I don't need much editing for it, just that it ticks the right boxes for pre action protocol.

Need quick turn around, have attached letter with some minor censoring (as it publicly viewable)
