Basically I'm after a solicitor doing a letter before action

Recently bought a property on the 23rd of April

When I got the keys I noticed a lot of things had been hidden

Wall with a hole in
Plastering needing doing on a wall
Roof full of holes which seller knew about didnt disclose
Seller had also done their own electrics an had left the property in a dangerous state of repair house needs rewiring
The electric shower was wired so badly it would have electrocuted me if I tried to use it

I want to send then this letter then if no response a ccj
