Legal work for moving companies in to a group holding.

I have a company looking to move in to a holding company structure along with a few other companies (yet to be set up) Im happy to do the company sec work but need help with the following:

- Stamp Duty Forms
- Drafting of Share Transfer Agreement in company A to Group holdings.
- Drafting of Articles & new Shareholders Agreement for 3 companies
- Drafting of Board Minutes for three companies
- No Director Service agreements initially owned by holding company + 2 other directors

Ideally UK only who must be willing to work with me to complete work.
Work to be done asap.

PPH have specified the budget but open to constructive bids with feedback on what needs to be done.
