This is a legal review task. We're a UK advertising company (but we're nice: we turn ad money into charity funding). Our website data policy is based on existing templates so it _should_ be OK -- but I'd like to get a lawyer or legal expert to check it over. It has to be a bit more detailed than most, because our clients do check this.
