    Description

    Experience Level: Intermediate
I need UK case law / legal opinion on the following areas:

    1) notice to agent is notice to principal

    2) Cashing a cheque when it is sent with a letter clearly noted \"Offer of Full and Final Settlement\" - case of Cantor Index v Thomson [2008] already known. What if that cheque is removed from the letter by an individual who may bank it without knowing what they are doing - does that invalidate the offer/acceptance of contract

    3) Does the UK court system work on a Sunday? If not, is a county court judgement (given in default) on a Sunday legal? If a court does not sit on a Sunday, can it give a legal order on a sunday?

This Job will need to be completed by 27th October. further information can be given on request
