Legal Opinion Needed

I am a trustee of a pension plan SSAS. I have followed the procedures to remove a trustee. The removed trustee refuses to accept he has been removed and will not sign the forms removing himself as a signatory to the bank account. I cannot access the bank account without his signature. Then bank say they can only remove him as a signatory if he signs the forms. I need a written legal opinion as to whether the actions I have taken to remove him are correct. Does not have to be fully qualified solicitor but must be able to demonstrate legal expertise. Solicitor obviously preferred.
