We live in a house with access directly from a busy road. We have asked a neighbouring property if we can use their access road to enter our driveway from the back which will be much safer.
They have agreed to allow us a 28 day licence for the cost of approximately £200.
In order to continue, they have asked us to draw up a license and to send it to them for their bank to approve.
We have prepared all drawings and layouts, but need someone to draw up a licence in the correct/acceptable format.
