Legal expert

Hi,
I’m looking for someone who can create a legal contract for services that our small company will be delivering to education and retail sectors. We will be providing video production services as well as hosting those videos on our web site and play marketing part for the clients.
Contract will need to cover usual legal stuff such as what and when we will deliver, for what cost, when expenses should be covered by the client, conditions of payment, copyrights and things like that.
Contract that is simple to understand by both parties, made in user-friendly format (e.g. word or PDF) that is easy to fill, sign and simply send over email.

We can chat about what is good and not good to include in the contract over Skype or phone and obviously over email.

Also in near future we will require basic contract for outsourcing freelance stuff and further assistance/services during business start up process that will involve contracts with our future investors, partners and associations. At the moment we are in process of negotiating the deal with the company for long term partnership and therefore require someone who is able to check or and create all legal paperwork that is required.
