Legal Contracts for my Telecom Business

I need standard agreements that match my suppliers but are related to my company in order to send to clients
i need standard Terms and Conditions, i can send documents that can be used so the bulk of the work is complete i just need to ensure it relates to my business
i also need an order form template that can relate to my business again i have these that can be copied and then with my logo etc - I need these to be simple but legally binding for Uk contracts as my supplies are with mine
