Experience Level: Intermediate

I own a brand of cycling clothes and I am supplying some products to a Cycling Shop, I will own the clothes while they are for sale in his shop and he will only pay me for what he sells, I will invoice him every month for clothes that have been sold. If we decide to end the agreement for any reason the clothes will be returned to me. I need a legal agreement creating that he can sign so we have this in writing encase of any issues that may arise.
