Legal Contract for affiliate partners

Hi all,

I am looking for a legally trained solicitor to look over my affiliate terms and conditions. I have already written the document but I will need someone to look over them and make sure they cover everything I need and are legally binding for new affiliates when they sign up with my company.

The successful person needs to be legally qualified, preferably in commercial law.
