Legal consultant for Property business required

I run a guaranteed rental business in central London and we are expanding fast. I need a solicitor who is specialised in the fields of property, franchising and small business law. We are expanding very quickly and i need someone who can advise us, draw up agreements and documents quickly and professionally on an ad-hoc basis. There will be work on an on-going basis and im looking for someone who can help us grow.

Im looking for someone who is friendly and approachable, yet serious and professional.

im not looking for a jack-of-all-trades. I would only like to hear from legal professionals that have been practising in the above fields for at least 5 years pref more.
