Legal assistance to terminate a supplier

I am looking for a legal worded document to terminate a groomer working freelance from our facilities
The details:-
She pays monthly rent on the pod (which is the space we allow her to use) their is no contract with us.
She is slightly in arrears with rent (but that isn't the reason for terminating)
I want to terminate either immediately (1st Jan 24) or give her 30 days with a gaging order
I need something that reassures us that she can't bad mouth our Brand (Rags & Bert's)
She currently uses our booking system which she will no longer have access to once this notice is served
Something needs to be here about GDPR and that its our system and rules around GDPR means we can't share details of customers with her

The reason for the termination is we want the space back. Her values no longer match ours.
