Legal assistance in making a claim against a Furniture company

I am looking for an established solicitor who has experience in representing cases within consumer law. I would like to make a claim against an established high-end furniture company in London for breaching their guaranteed delivery and installation date as well as a series of other errors which caused huge personal inconveniences, wasted time and costs to myself.

I have a number of email correspondence between myself and the company detailing the series of events that occurred and my cause for complaint. The furniture company denies any responsibility for errors they have made. I attach a letter which I addressed to the head of the company and which outlines my complaints and the compensation I am expecting, which amounts to over £5000.The order value was over £16,000

I am looking for someone who can provide the following:

1) Advice on what I can claim for and the likelihood of being able to achieve this, assuming we need to go to court. There may well be additional costs I can claim for that I am not aware of. e.g. emotional distress?
2) A fixed fee quote for providing a formal legal letter requesting compensation and notifying the company of intention to prosecute and following up any correspondence which may lead to a settlement prior to court proceedings.
3) A quote for a success-based fee outlining terms for taking the case to court, should it be needed.
