Dear Sir/Madam,
I am looking for legal advice on whether to proceed with a legal action against the estate agent. I was forced to live with the person whom I did not approve nor was I aware who it was, and they added this person to the joint contract. When the person moved in, he refused to pay for the bills and was violent.
When I decided to vacate the property, I followed their requirements for tenant swapping, but due to the process did not happen, as he refused to respond to any request to approve a new tenant. I left and stopped paying the rent. They refused to return my deposit.
I have all the evidence, etc.
