Legal advice required on below parameters

1. We require advice on visa criteria for member of our staff remaining in the UK (currently on graduate visa which runs out August 2024), place of birth being India

2. Which visa do we need to apply for and what is the cost for application?

3. Are you able to make this application on our behalf?

4. What is the duration of the visa?

5. Will the visa cover a family member (wife) able to join them?

6. Will there be a minimum salary amount required which is dictated by the visa?

7. Are there any other overheads or costs involve, such as medical contribution etc?

8. What is the application duration once submitted?

9. How soon before current visa do we need to make the application (current visa runs out August 2024)
