Legal Advice

I require legal advice concerning divorce. I am based in middle east so I am unable to go to solicitor in UK. The main issue relates to division of equity (if any) on the house, as the property is in my name only, and I put 100% the deposit down to buy the house. My wife was a non-UK national at the time and was therefore unable to go on the mortgage or the deeds to the property. She has since taken out a charge on the house.
