Lease agreements in UK and US

We are a UK based LTD company that resells Alcohol Interlock which is a device that stops your car from starting if you are over the BAC limit for driving,

We propose to lease this equipment out to clients both on a personal basis so private individuals B”C and to company’s B2C

We need a lease agreement that the client can sign that lets us add an Initial payment and 12/24/36 months term
The client gets to buy the equipment after the term or what’s the best option here?

We need one for the UK and one for USA
