Hello,
I have a standard lease agreement that needs to be reviewed. The job will consist of reviewing both the lease agreement, as well as the security agreement. As the agreement has a break clause in January 2015, I do not want to negotiate every single eventuality, but rather review it for any major hazard. This would include reviewing the 'full insure and repair section' in a way that is pragmatic due to the situation of the demise. The building we have selected to let will be demolished due to the crossrail scheme after the end of the lease in (January 2015).
