Should be a very easy task as I have drafted the papers already for the hearing.
I'm working on a contract at the monent in Yorkshire and would really prefare not to take the day off work to attend.
It's just a hearing to adjourn a case (hopefully for several months?!) and I think it's water tight why ther request is being made to the court
