Lawyer/Solicitor needed to apply to court for defaulted payment on a Tomlin Agreement

My client failed to pay for services, the matter was taken to court but failed to reach court as her solicitor and herself agreed to enter into a Tomlin Order to pay the debt to me in monthly instalments, the defendant paid a partial amount but has defaulted on the rest, I now wish to recover the unpaid debt but do not have the time to do this myself, therefore would like to hire someone to do this, i will recover the cost for my legal assistance via the court but need to ensure an invoice can be provided for this assistance, I have all documents ready and it is a very easy clear cut case, my simple issue was time as I am a busy professional - I anticipate this job will not tai more than 6 hours
