Lawyer for IT business - consultations

I'm looking for lawyer for preparing and checking company’s documents. I expect the lawyer helping me with recommendations and documents in business according to the UK legal system. Sometimes I have document or contract on hand but I need lawyer check to ensure appropriate wording, avoid issues or provide the recommendations for improvement.
Requirements description:
• The first documents I need to prepare and check are NDA, sub-contract, “claim” about avoidance of competition from sub-contractors
• Interaction will be over Skype on video calls.
• I prefer if I can rarely meet in person to ensure better cooperation. I’m in the London area.
• The initial request is for preparing and checking documents and on-going cooperation when I need lawyer consultation later on.
• Experiences in the following areas is the advantage:
o off-shore outsourcing
o Taxation in the UK and EU (I’ll provide countries involved on your request)
o IT contracts overall
• Please provide your references in your proposal.
• Account on LinkedIn with references is the advantage, but it’s not the condition.
• Please provide bids when you have your picture in your profile only. I want to see the person I’m doing business with.

Company description: Company currently provides IT services on the contractual base (e.g. body shopping) for the whole IT project lifecycle in London area. Company also extends the activities to provide off-shore IT services for the UK clients.
