Landlord and tenant litigation expert required, Our company requires someone who is authorised to conduct litigation as person will procedure rules such as a solicitor, barrister or paralegal who is authorised To issue possession claims in England and Wales. We are currently seeking a new provider Who can review the drafted claims of which we will draft and then to sign the claim form so that the claim is fully compliant

This is an ongoing collaboration and if any cases go defended you would have first dibs at dealing with any defence issues at your current rate . Applicants must be fully conversant with possession claims on the section 21 in section 8 of the housing act in addition to common law tenancies and rent to rent scenarios. The main expectation is to essentially review the claim and then sign the claim form and redo all the rest, including the drafting of the claim forms. However, there could be scope for you to draft the claim forms and we would be able to agree costs, et cetera
