Inter-Company Loan Agreement

I need an intercompany loan agreement to be drawn up, that we can use for the solicitors and accountants.

Notes: i own both companies
Reason: loan money from one company to another
Amount: £30k
Payable: On request
Interest: 2.5% - interest only but no monthly repayments, instead added to the loan, which will be repaid back after 25 years.
Term: 25 years: Rolled up interest - no monthly repayments are to be made

I need this today if possible.
